Overview

This guide will help you quickly create an intelligent phone assistant using Pathors and Vapi. With Pathors’ built-in Vapi integration, you can set up a complete phone assistant system without needing to manage Vapi accounts separately.

Detailed Steps

Step 1: Navigate to Pathors Integration Page

  1. Open Pathors console
  2. Navigate to the integrations page
  3. Select Vapi integration option

Step 2: Enable Vapi Integration

  1. Click the “Enable” button to activate Vapi integration
  2. Pathors will automatically handle the Vapi account setup for you

Step 3: Choose Phone Number Type

  1. After enabling the integration, you can choose what kind of phone number you want
  2. Select the option that best fits your needs

Step 4: Add Your Own Number (Optional)

  1. If you prefer, you can add your own Twilio phone number
  2. This step is optional - you can also let Pathors assign a new number for you

Step 5: Complete Setup

  1. After creating or assigning the phone number, your setup is complete
  2. Your phone assistant is now ready to receive calls

Testing Your Phone Assistant

Once setup is complete, you can test your phone assistant by calling the assigned phone number. The AI will answer and interact with callers using your configured agent settings.
